Publishing rights

By uploading a video on Qissa, you hereby grant to Qissa the royalty-free exclusive right to publish, broadcast, transmit and distribute the content of the video, elements embodied within the video, in whole or in part. Qissa is not assuming any obligation hereunder to broadcast or distribute any video uploaded to any of Qissa platforms.

Content providers will transfer the ownership of videos to Qissa after they are posted on the website. Qissa reserves the right to use the approved video whole or in parts and can also use it for promotional purpose.

Approval / Rejection rights:

Qissa reserves the right not to accept, or to disqualify any video, if we are not fully satisfied with the authenticity and validity of the credentials of either the contributor or any associated entity. Qissa is under no obligation to disclose its reasons for not accepting a video. If there are issues found in originality of the submitted content, Qissa reserves full right to reject the content or remove from the website at any time, with no prior notice.

Scam policy:

The uploading of repetitive content on Qissa is not allowed. It's prohibited to post unwanted and repetitive videos. Moreover, anything that artificially increases traffic and engagement (views, comments and likes) is also prohibited. Qissa reserves the authority to terminate videos and accounts that are found to be in violation of our term.

Cookies and web beacons:

Qissa uses cookies to store information, such as personal preferences when you visit our website. This could include showing you a popup once in your visit, or the ability to log in to some of our features, such as our forums.

We also use third-party advertisement to support our website; some of these advertisers may use technology such as cookies and web beacons when they advertise on our website which will also send these advertisers (such as Google through Google AdSense program) information including your IP address, your ISP and your browser. Safety guidelines:

Qissa is a platform for citizen journalism. People can publish important events happening around them and may contain graphics contents. If the video contains graphic content, please share as much information as possible to help viewers what they are seeing and what it's purpose. Content provider failed to provide information like (date, location, context, etc.) may result in the removal of the video from Qissa.

Hate speech policy:

Hate speech refers to content that promotes violence and has a primary purpose to provoke hatred among individuals or groups on certain attributes such as religion, race, ethnicity, gender, age, disability or nationality.
